Vickram Mirchandani
is the Managing Director of Bia Power UK Ltd and has 20 years of experience in clean energy development.
Vickram and his team have developed wind, solar, and battery projects in the United Kingdom and Italy. He leads all stages of the development cycle from site origination to Ready to Build sales. He was educated at Boston University in the United States and has business experience in the UK, US, Italy and west Africa. Institutional acquirers of previous clean energy projects developed by the Bia Directors include Infrared Capital, Glennmont Partners, Gresham House & Field Energy.
Vickram originated the Joint Venture with Eren Industries for building and operating the 7 Italian and 1 UK BESS projects. Bia’s current UK and Italian developments will now be retained for the long term. The initial target is to develop and build up to 500mw of BESS projects in the UK and 750mw of battery projects in Italy over the next 5 years.
Shuves Mukherji
is the Bia Group Finance Director and Bia Italia Finance Director and is responsible for all management accounting and operational finance management for the Bia Group of companies in the UK and Italy. He is a Price-Waterhouse trained chartered accountant.
He has been closely engaged in the development of the Group’s wind, battery, and solar projects since 2004. His roles include financial modelling, SPV structuring, budget management, finance raising, and focusing on asset management, and company regulatory, compliance and financial performance.
